Solvent-free, two-component epoxy coating with high hardness and excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, oils and grease.
It creates a coloured, seamless final surface that is easy to clean.
Ideal for floors in factories, workshops, department stores, warehouses, garages, repair shops and, in general, floors where high mechanical and chemical resistance is required.

• Apply to dry, clean surfaces free from dust, oil, loose material and particles that may impair product adhesion.
• Substrate moisture must not exceed 4%, and the substrate must be protected against rising damp.
• The concrete substrate must be sound, with a compressive strength greater than 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength greater than 1.5 N/mm².
• The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blistering in the finished surface.
• Where required, prime the surface with one coat of SUPER FLOOR EPOXY PRIMER. Apply two coats on highly porous substrates.
• Fill cracks and holes with epoxy filler or with a 1:3 mixture by weight of SELF LEVELLING EPOXY FLOOR HVND-85 and quartz sand.
• Mix component A with component B using a low-speed mechanical stirrer for 2–3 minutes. Allow the mixture to stand for 30 seconds, then mix again for a further 1 minute.
• Caution: The entire quantity of component A must be mixed with component B at the ratio specified for each set. If a smaller quantity of mixed product is required, weigh both components accurately while maintaining the same ratio by weight.
• Do not leave the mixed product (A+B) unused in the container for more than 30–50 minutes, as it will begin to gel and become unusable.
• Apply SELF LEVELLING EPOXY FLOOR HVND-85 in two coats, observing the maximum recoating intervals. If the maximum recoating time is exceeded, abrade the surface to ensure good adhesion.
• For a slip-resistant finish, broadcast quartz sand halfway through the surface drying time.
While working, keep the tools “wet” in the container or in the paint bucket. Drain off the paint well from tools into the container and clean them with Nitro or Epoxy Thinner.
