Super Floor Epoxy Self Levelling
Solvent-free, two-component epoxy coating with high hardness and excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, oils and grease.
It creates a coloured, seamless final surface that is easy to clean.
Ideal for floors in factories, workshops, department stores, warehouses, garages, repair shops and, in general, floors where high mechanical and chemical resistance is required.

• Apply on dry, clean surfaces, free from dust, oils, loose and friable particles that may prevent product adhesion.
• Substrate moisture must not exceed 4% and the substrate must be protected from rising damp.
• The concrete substrate must be stable, with adequate compressive strength >25 N/mm² and tensile strength >1.5 N/mm².
• The substrate must be at least 3°C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blistering in the surface finish.
• Prime the surface, if required, with one coat of Super Floor Epoxy Primer. Two coats are required for highly porous substrates.
• Cracks and holes should be filled with epoxy filler or with a mixture of Self Levelling Epoxy Floor HVND-85 and quartz sand at a ratio of 1:3 by weight.
• Mix component A with component B using a low-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes. Then leave the mixture for 30 seconds and mix again for a further 1 minute.
• Important! The full quantity of component A must be mixed with component B in the ratio provided for each set. If a smaller quantity of final product is required, the components must be weighed in the same ratio by weight.
• Also ensure that the final material (A+B) does not remain in the container for more than 30-50 minutes without being used, as the material will begin to set and will no longer be workable.
• Apply Self Levelling Epoxy Floor HVND-85 in two coats, observing the maximum recoating intervals. If the maximum recoating time is exceeded, the surface must be roughened to ensure good adhesion.
• If an anti-slip surface is required, broadcast quartz sand halfway through the surface drying time.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with nitro thinner or epoxy thinner.
