Aqua S82 Epoxy – 2K water-based epoxy coating
EPOXY AQUA S82 is a 2-component, satin-finish water-based epoxy coating specially formulated for hygiene-sensitive areas. Its finished surface helps resist bacterial growth and provides very good chemical and mechanical resistance. Water-vapour permeable.

Ideal application conditions: temperature 10–30°C and relatively low humidity.
Prepare all surfaces so that they are clean and free from loose material, grease, salts, rust and all other residues. Removal of old coatings is recommended. On new concrete, application is recommended no sooner than 30 days after placement. Surface preparation should generally include:
1. Removal of all loose material.
2. Abrading the surface.
3. Thorough cleaning with a vacuum cleaner followed by wiping with a damp, not wet, cloth.
Open one complete set. Stir component A thoroughly in its original container while slowly adding component B, and continue mixing for 1.50–2.00 minutes.
Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes before application. If the entire pack is not required, transfer 3 parts of component A and one part of component B by volume into a separate container and mix thoroughly.
The pot life is 45–60 minutes. Do not use material that has exceeded this working time.
1. No thinning is required; the product is ready to use.
2. Touch dry in 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on weather conditions.
3. The next coat may be applied after 10–12 hours.
