• Apply to dry, clean surfaces free from any material that may impair adhesion.
• Successful application depends on correct substrate preparation and proper application of the product.
• Remove silicone or oil contamination from the metal surface with thinner.
• Prime the surface with one or two coats of anti-corrosive metal primer.
• Once the primer has dried, apply INDUSTRIAL PU enamel in two coats.
• To adjust the application viscosity, thin with 5% SPRAY-GUN THINNER or NITRO THINNER.
• The product may also be thinned to improve workability.
• Apply the second coat after the first coat has dried.
While working, keep the tools “wet” in the container or in the paint bucket. Drain off the paint well from tools into the container and clean them with Nitro Thinner.
