Metal Life Epoxy 2K Ferro
A two-component epoxy coating system that uses 2K Primer 728 as the anti-corrosive primer and 2K Ferro Top 104 as the final topcoat.
This system combines high protection for metal surfaces in particularly corrosive environments with excellent resistance to mechanical stress, such as abrasion and impact.
This 2K epoxy coating system is mainly intended for application on metal structures in interior areas.
It is suitable both for painting new metal structures and for maintaining existing ones.
It significantly extends the service life of metal structures of all types, thereby improving the overall cost-effectiveness of the coating system.

• Remove any silicone and oils that may be present on the metal using nitro thinner or epoxy thinner.
• Clean and dry the application surface thoroughly.
• Sand the surface well with sandpaper.
• Apply the epoxy primer in one or two coats, according to the instructions of the specific product.
• Mix component A with component B using a low-speed mixer for 2-3 minutes. Then leave the mixture for 30 seconds and mix again for a further 1 minute.
• Important! The full quantity of component A must be mixed with component B in the ratio provided for each set. If a smaller quantity of final product is required, the components must be weighed in the same ratio by weight.
• Also ensure that the final material (A+B) does not remain in the container for more than 50 minutes without being used, as the material will begin to set and will no longer be workable.
• Apply the product in one or two coats. For better workability, it may be diluted with 5-10% nitro thinner or epoxy thinner. The next coat should be applied after the previous one has dried, always after testing.
• Important: at temperatures above 35°C, product adhesion may be reduced.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with nitro thinner or epoxy thinner.
