PU Floor Aqua
Two-component water-based paint or varnish for industrial floors and many other surfaces, including cement screeds, ceramic surfaces, stone, wooden floors, wood surfaces, metal surfaces, galvanised steel and stainless steel.
It combines excellent durability with easy application and environmental friendliness, thanks to its very low volatile organic compound content. Component B is required not for the final drying of the material, but to increase the mechanical resistance of the final product film.
It offers very good flow and creates a smooth, very hard surface. It does not absorb water, oils or other stains, making the painted surface easy to clean.
Its special additives provide enhanced resistance to demanding conditions such as scratches, shoe marks, greasy residues and similar everyday wear.
It is extremely hard on the surface, while remaining flexible enough to follow the natural expansion and contraction of the substrate without cracking.
Ideal for areas where cleanliness and hygiene are of primary importance, and suitable for food-related environments.
It offers excellent adhesion to almost every type of surface, including ceramic tiles and galvanised metal. It is also ideal for protecting vertical surfaces such as walls.
It is completely transparent and does not alter the shade of the surface on which it is applied. It does not yellow in exterior applications or over time.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use.
It can be safely washed with pressure of 80–140 bar and the use of detergents.

• Remove any silicone and oils that may be present on the metal using nitro or epoxy thinner.
• Clean and dry the application surface thoroughly. Sand the surface well with sandpaper.
• Apply in two coats according to the instructions of the specific product.
• Ideal application conditions: temperature 10°-30°C, relatively low humidity.
• Prepare all surfaces so that they are clean and free from loose materials, grease, salts, rust and all types of residues.
1. The necessary surface preparation work must have been completed beforehand.
1.1. On clean and hard surfaces, such as industrial floors, ceramic tiles, galvanised surfaces and similar substrates, PU Floor Aqua may be used without primer by applying one additional coat of varnish.
2. Apply PU Floor Aqua in two or three coats, depending on the quality of the surface and the result required. More coats create a thicker film and higher mechanical, chemical and other resistance.
• Mix component A very well in its container, while slowly adding component B and mixing.
• The working time of the material is 45 minutes. Do not use material that has exceeded this time.
1. No dilution is required; the material is ready to use.
2. The next coat may be applied after 2-4 hours.
3. Any use before 15 days have passed should be carried out with care, until the surface has fully developed its properties and, therefore, its resistance.
