Recoat Time
Apply to dry, clean surfaces free from any materials that may impair adhesion.
Successful application depends on proper substrate preparation and correct application of the product.
Remove all foreign particles, dust and residues from the surface.
Prime the surface with two coats of either a water-based emulsion primer or DESMO SEAL solvent-based primer.
Once the primer begins to dry, apply one coat of RELIEF ACRYLIC using a standard roller.
Then, while the coating is still wet, use a special textured roller to create the desired relief finish.
For a finer stippled texture, thin with 5–10% water.
Once dry, it can be overcoated with any SUPERLUX acrylic paint.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with water.
