STONE CARPET PU is a 1-component, solvent-based aliphatic polyurethane resin which, when combined with natural coloured aggregates, creates a decorative, slip-resistant floor with excellent appearance and durability.

• Apply to dry, clean surfaces free from any material that may impair adhesion.
• For exterior applications, first apply a waterproofing layer using a liquid-applied polyurethane waterproofing product such as F2 HYBRID.
• Remove all foreign matter, dust and residues from the surface.
Add the coloured natural aggregates to the polyurethane resin at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20, depending on the required finish and drainage performance. Mix both components for approximately 5 minutes using a low-speed drill mixer. Ensure that all aggregates are completely wetted with resin. Spread and compact the resin-bound decorative flooring in one coat using a smooth metal trowel. Application thickness: 8–10 mm. During application, use the special trowel oil to improve trowel glide. Once the decorative floor has cured, an optional coat of STONE CARPET PU may be applied to enhance mechanical resistance.
Clean tools and containers with SL 801 POLYURETHANE THINNER while the mixture is still wet.
