Super Zinc – Cold galvanising paint
Special zinc-rich anticorrosive primer for cold galvanising, ideal for steel structures requiring maximum protection against aggressive corrosive agents. It provides excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, dries quickly and does not drip.

• Apply on dry, clean surfaces, free from materials that may prevent adhesion.
• Successful application depends on proper substrate preparation and correct application of the material.
• Remove any silicone or oils from the metal surface using thinner.
• Prime the surface with two coats of Super Zinc.
• To adjust viscosity, it may be diluted with 5% spray-gun thinner.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with white spirit.
