Hard Bond – Industrial enamel hardener
HARD+BOND is a special hardener for addition to alkyd paints. It increases the hardness and gloss of the finish, reduces drying time and improves resistance to abrasion and impact. Suitable for paints that are air-dried or oven-cured at 60–70°C.
APPLICATION: Add 10–20% to the paint and mix thoroughly. Allow the mixture to stand for approximately 15 minutes before application. Depending on ambient temperature and relative humidity, the mixture must be used within 1–2 hours of mixing.

• Add HARD+BOND only after the coating has first been mixed to a uniform consistency.
• Stir until the entire contents of the container are fully homogeneous.
• Add 150–200 mL of HARD+BOND to 1 litre of paint and mix thoroughly.
• Depending on weather conditions, use the mixture within 1–2 hours of mixing.
During application, keep tools wet in the container or paint tray. Drain as much paint as possible from the tools back into the tin, then clean them with SPRAY-GUN THINNER or NITRO THINNER.
