Hard Bond
Hard+Bond is a special hardener designed for addition to alkyd paints.
It increases the hardness and gloss of the final paint finish.
It reduces drying time and improves resistance to abrasion and impact.
Suitable for paints that dry either in air or in an oven at 60–70°C.
Application: Add 10–20% to the paint and mix thoroughly.
Wait approximately 15 minutes before application.
The mixture should be used within 1–2 hours after mixing, depending on weather conditions, relative humidity and temperature.

• Add Hardbond after the coating has first been mixed evenly.
• Stir until the entire quantity in the container is fully homogenised.
• Add 150-200 mL of Hardbond to 1 litre of paint and mix very well.
• The mixture must be used within 1-2 hours after mixing, depending on weather conditions.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with spray-gun thinner or nitro thinner.
