4All Metal Galvanised And Aluminium Primer is a special solvent-based, one-component primer, suitable for non-ferrous metal surfaces such as aluminium, galvanised sheet metal, stainless steel, copper and similar substrates.
It provides excellent adhesion while also offering anti-corrosive protection. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, has good elasticity and creates an ideal surface for the application of the final coating.
Application: Apply on dry, clean surfaces, free from substances that may prevent adhesion. Successful application depends on proper substrate preparation and correct use of the product.
Remove any silicone, oils or contaminants from the metal surface using a suitable thinner. Prime the surface with two coats of 4All Metal. To adjust viscosity, the product may be diluted with 5% Spray Gun Thinner.

• Prime the surface with one thin coat of 4 all metal.
• Once the primer has dried, apply the final coating according to its specifications.
• To adjust viscosity, it may be diluted with 5% nitro thinner.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with water.
