• Apply on dry, clean surfaces, free from materials that may prevent adhesion.
• Successful application depends on proper substrate preparation and correct application of the material.
• Apply Aqua Marine varnish in one or two coats.
• For complete protection, one to two coats of Epixyl wood preservative are recommended before applying Aqua Marine varnish.
• To adjust viscosity, it may be diluted with 5% nitro thinner.
• The second coat should be applied after the first coat has dried.
During application, keep tools “wet” inside the container or paint tray. Drain the paint thoroughly from the tools back into the tin and clean them with nitro thinner.
